Restoring In-App Purchases

If you're unable to restore certain in-app purchases (IAPs) in Galaxy on Fire 2 HD, it's possible that the purchases were originally made in a different version of the game. Galaxy on Fire 2 HD and Galaxy on Fire 2 SD are two separate apps and not connected in terms of purchases.

  1. Check which version of the game you purchased the content for.
    -If your purchases were made in Galaxy on Fire 2 HD, they should be restorable using the appropriate platform feature (see below).
    -If your purchases were made in Galaxy on Fire 2 SD (an older version of the game), they cannot be restored in the HD version.
  2. Restore purchases on your current device:
    - iOS: Open Galaxy on Fire 2 HD, go to the main menu, and select "Restore Purchases".
    - Android: Make sure you're signed into the same Google account you used for the original purchase. Your purchases should restore automatically when launching the game.
  3. Still missing content?
    - Double-check that you are using the same Apple ID or Google account that was used for the original purchase.
    - If you previously used Galaxy on Fire 2 SD, please note that it is no longer available, and purchases from that version cannot be transferred.

In-app purchases are tied to the specific app they were bought in. Since Galaxy on Fire 2 HD and Galaxy on Fire 2 SD are separate apps, purchases made in one version cannot be restored in the other. Only purchases originally made in Galaxy on Fire 2 HD can be restored using the available platform features.
